By creating an account, accessing, or using Dijla Health — as a patient, family member, or verified healthcare provider — you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Dijla Health is a digital health platform connecting patients and families with doctors, pharmacies, and labs across Iraq. The platform supports appointment booking, care coordination, e-prescriptions, medicine dispensing workflows, and lab and radiology result delivery, alongside the administrative tools providers need to run a verified, inspection-ready practice.

The platform is a coordination and record-keeping tool. It does not itself provide medical treatment — treatment is always delivered by the licensed healthcare providers you connect with through it.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. Family accounts may be used by a parent or guardian to manage the records of a child or dependent.

Provider accounts — clinics, pharmacies, labs, and radiology centers — must belong to a legitimately operating organization and are subject to the verification process described below.

Provider organizations must hold a valid facility license and, where applicable, syndicate membership or professional credentials for their staff, and must keep this information current. Access to sensitive clinical actions — prescribing, dispensing, approving lab results — is disabled automatically when a credential expires, is suspended, or has not yet been verified.

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of the clinical, dispensing, and lab information they enter, and for using the platform only within the scope of their professional license.

Dijla Health — including any AI-assisted feature — does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, approve lab results, or provide medical advice. AI on the platform is limited to summarizing, scoring, flagging, and translating information to support licensed clinicians; it never replaces their judgment. Every clinical decision is made by a licensed healthcare professional, and AI-assisted summaries always carry a notice that they must be reviewed by one.

In a medical emergency, contact local emergency services directly — do not rely on the platform.

A prescription issued by a doctor on the platform cannot be edited by a pharmacy. Pharmacists may fulfill it, reject it, request clarification from the prescribing doctor, or suggest an allowed alternative — they cannot change what was prescribed. This rule is enforced in the platform itself, not only in policy.

The Dijla Health name, logo, and platform design are the property of Dijla Health. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the platform's software, design, or branding without written permission. You retain ownership of the health information you or your provider enters; using the platform does not transfer that ownership to us.

The platform is provided "as is." While we build to rigorous security, audit, and compliance standards, we cannot guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every third-party provider using it will act correctly or lawfully.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dijla Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for accounts that violate these terms, present a credential or licensing problem, or pose a security or fraud risk, with notice where practical. You may stop using the platform, or request account closure, at any time through the Contact page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any dispute arising from these terms will be handled in accordance with Iraqi law.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
